There isn't anything bad to say about Chick-Fil-a, except for there homophobic views(I apologize to the LGBTQ community, I held out for six months and peach milkshakes came). They have great customer service (I mean someone just took my order while I'm was in the drive-thru, a real human being!). And they even have frosted lemonade. If only they would listen to more Lady Gaga and get on the acceptance train, they'd be perfect!

I notice now that Chik Fila asks for your name when they take your order. once your order is complete and you're ready to pick it up at the window they call you by your name and thank you for coming addressing your name again. this is truly an awesome customer service move. During a time when customer service is lacking everywhere, this is a great move in the right direction. I always feel important when I go to Chick-Fila. Their customer service is always on point. Thiis an area they excel and I applaud Chil Fila's concept, management, and staff.

This is your typical Chick-Fil-A... The service is up to the high Chick-Fil-A standards....The food is served hot, fresh, and delicious. The restaurant is kept very clean.... The drive-thru moves quickly and they don't mess up your order.

Can't go wrong with Chick Fil A, EVER. The customer service here is really great and they sure do know how to small talk and make you feel welcome in the store. The food was nice and hot with crispy waffle fries (yum!!!). Super happy this business isn't skimpy with the sauces; my boyfriend likes honey mustard and bbq sauce and I like buffalo and Polynesian! The only thing I wasn't happy about was that every table we tried to sit at had crumbs on it. Besides that, no issues and I like that I feel comfortable sitting here after my meal. I hate when "fast food" makes you feel rushed.

Another great Chick Fil A! Service - Fast, friendly, and always accompanied by a smile and, "It's my pleasure!" When dining in, I like the fact employees come around to refill drinks and even take trays. Food - Tasty and hot. Unless you get their Ice Dream (which is to die for) and then it's cold. :P Drive-Thru - Fast and efficient (even if there's a long line). Cleanliness - Restaurant is kept clean and tidy. Sometimes during the busy times, there are some tables in need of a cleaning, but they have plenty of employees working who stay on top of it. So, it's never a problem to get a clean table.

Come here very offten. While waiting on my number one combo I couldn't help notice the cook staff speaking very loud spainish. Not sure what they were saying but they were loud and seemed upset. I don't speak Spanish i only sprak English so I'm not sure why they were upset. Not sure if they even speak English. Alot of the patrons were looking for a manager to step in. Makes for a less than enjoyable experaince.

The staff was quick and efficient. Waited in line maybe one minute, and after paying I received my food in about 3 minutes and this was during the dinner rush.

I ordered a large coffee to go and a milk shake, my mother ordered a 6 piece chicken and a medium coffee. All was fine until a young manager in his early 20's heck maybe even 19 was rude to the employee's. Refund them their money the machine needs to be cleaned!!!!!! The girls didn't want to refund us they wanted us to have our coffee. They told us 7 mins. Well about 15 mins later you hear him complaining again when they asked what size coffee to another employee. Are they still here the manger says in an annoying snotty voice!!!! Yes Brain one of the girls said! I flashed back to the Roseanne episode where Roseanne has a crummy high school manger while working at a fast food chicken joint. Coincidence? The kids name was Brain also and has the same snotty attitude as this young manager in chick-fil-a on Wells. "Well something stinks in here Bry and it ain't my attitude"....

Great restaurant. Amazing food, amazing staff, super clean facility.. and of course amazing chicken in only a couple of minutes. Its amazing when you go into a place and it truly feel like the people want to serve you.. not just make a paycheck but truly serve you and do it with a smile. Props to this location!

I don't see what the big fuss is about at Chick-Fil-A. I enjoy the service. I definitely feel welcome there. (which added an extra star). However, the chicken to me is bland. No seasoning. Next time I'm craving chicken my taste buds will take me to Popeye's.

Great experience at this Chick-Fil-A. I enjoyed the multigrain bagel with egg, cheese and fried chicken. All ingredients were fresh and made to order. The sandwich was so good I forgot I was eating at a fast food chain. The coffee was hot, fresh and strong, just the way I like it! The place is clean and all the condiments were nicely arranged and easy to find. Great service with a smile. This Chick-Fil-A gets nothing short of 5 stars. Was a nice alternative to crappy hotel breakfast.
